The data can be divided into two types:

Your personal data: This data includes your personal information, such as your email address or password. This data is stored in encrypted form. Passwords are never visible from outside

Your generated content: This data includes all data that you generate through your use of the platform. This includes, for example, your ideas or your comments. These are visible.

You can always see what data the platform stores about you by exporting all of your generated content. This allows you to download all information related to your activity on this platform (example: your comments and publications). Your profile information (e.g. password) is stored in encrypted form and cannot be downloaded. You cannot download data that is automatically transferred as part of normal browsing behavior by establishing an Internet connection with the platform (IP address, MAC address or cookie settings). Procedure:

1. Sign in to the platform.
2. In the top-right menu, click on your name and select “Settings.”
3. Click on “My Information.”
4. Click on “Request data.”
5. The platform will confirm your email delivery

6. Once you've received it, open the email attachment.
7. The associated .ZIP file is heavily encrypted and can only be loaded with open-source unpacking software. 7-Zip (for Windows) Keka (for macOS) or PeaZip (for Linux) to open the file. Enter the password in the email to open the file.
